really good experience

top notch room service

the room service was top notch! it was very clean and nice. the staff were all friendly and courteous. the restaurant and bar was fabulous.

i do not normally write reviews! we paid extra for an early flight with jet2 and arrived at the hotel at 10.00am. we were told straight away that we couldn`t have a room until at least 3.00pm and someone would contact us as soon as the room was available.

the staff displayed perfect service I observed attentiveness in every interaction the breakfast buffet had an excellent array of options ensuring all guests found something to enjoy the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions and local experiences the room featured modern amenities contributing to a comfortable stay

i found the gym equipment showed some signs of wear and tear indicating a need for updates
