balanced stay, some drawbacks exist

on-site store top-tier donuts pool tables little soundproofing next door noise unhelpful staff

The on-site store was very convenient. they had top-tier donuts there!!! i also loved the pool. There were loads of sunloungers. we enjoyed the pool tables by the pool so much!!!

the room had little soundproofing. i could hear kids next door and above. i also heard suitcases being dragged outside at all hours. i asked to move but was told it was fully booked.

the suite had separate bedroom and living room. it was excellent. buffet food had good quality. the restaurant was good for something different.

cleaning of the rooms was very superficial. some days had no cleaning, this is not worthy of a four star place.

Underwhelming Stay Despite Some Positives

little soundproofing rude reception

The noise from other guests was a big issue. I could clearly hear neighbors talking. I also heard them using the bathroom at all hours. The hotel told me it was fully booked when I asked to move. This resulted in a less relaxing stay. There was no duvet cover for the spare duvet.

comfortable bed double sinks

the rooms had a super comfortable bed and sofa. the bathroom featured a very big shower and double sinks which i did appreciate.

the children's disco every evening could be a bit repetitive and giddy.
