the food was amazing every day. the beds are really good, i even sleep better then at home. the animation team is amazing, i love the dodgeball with brian and his energy, divora was really nice to talk too. i hope for the next time that we can play more football.

during our stay, i noticed glasses and dishes were not cleaned up as quickly from the oasis terrace. pool towels was not laid out every morning for everyone to take. the drink menu you order from via qr code by the sunbeds was limited.

the service from Jesus, Andreu, Janneth and Christina at the restaurant was AMAZING. they provided very good food, and all the staff are very kind. i had the chance to upgrade my room for a little extra. room service was super clean and the overall experience was very good.

the hotel is very family-friendly, that's RIGHT. however, the beds and pillows are quite hard if you prefer softer ones.

the hotel IS very near to a beautiful beach. the local area has great places for kids. supermarkets are both at the hotel and directly outside. getting sun loungers was not a problem because i'm an early riser.

the apartment includes very comfortable beds. the bathroom is large and well-appointed. a super king-sized bed and good Wi-Fi are included. the cleaning staff maintained everything well and there are pool towels available.

we stayed in a one bedroom apartment. it included a well-equipped kitchenette! the gym had several treadmills and bikes. the breakfast buffet featured many options including a smoothie bar. it was a great experience.

the walls looked worn, needing some maintenance.
