breakfast had great selection and many choices. i did love how spacious the room was with a balcony it had. staffs was always smiley, it felt sincere and helpful to me. pool was so great. i liked day beds very much.
our room had a slight cigarette smell. i wished they have changed the room. it was ok after vented.

the breakfast selection was huge and plentiful. i discovered fresh fruit and pastries. the room had a balcony and offered a pleasant space for morning coffee. the staff always smiled and helped with directions.

The included breakfast was plentiful and convenient.
The room's cleanliness was questionable. I found hairs in the bathroom. The air conditioning was barely functional and did not cool the room effectively.

The reception and bar staff were cute and helpful. I loved that. the pool area was well maintained. i had a great view of the pool from my room. the location was good for exploring, i enjoyed the area
My room did not have a balcony. That was slightly disappointing, but the rest of the stay was so good that i'm ok with it.

The room included a big walk-in shower. free drinks were available in the fridge. the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee. rooms offer direct access to the pool area and that's great. We loved that feature.
