Inspired dishes include Vietnamese glass noodle salad with scallops (€17), shoulder of suckling pig with smoked bacon, rosemary and purée of parsnip (€31), and dark chocolate sponge with toasted white chocolate cream praline, and Tahitian vanilla ice cream (€11). Fresh food from the local market is used with ingredients from the vegetable garden.

A full gym, wellness center, several swimming pools including the main 30-meter pool, fountains and cabanas, and numerous outdoor Jacuzzis are on site. The newly opened Spa & Wellness centre includes a saltwater pool, five treatment rooms, a thermal circuit, and a fitness room with views of Sierra de Tramuntana. Guests have access to marinas for watersports, golf courses, tennis centers, and sporting venues.
