the animation team kept everyone entertained with activities throughout the day. the location was very convenient, right across from the beach. the food had a good variety of options daily. the rooms were kept super clean during my entire stay.

the lifts seemed a bit slow during peak hours, which sometimes resulted in a short wait.

The hotel is across the road from the beach. It allowed for easy access. malaga airport is about ten minutes away, a very short ride. taxis are necessary to go to other attractions or if you don't like long walks.

The entire staff was friendly. I especially enjoyed the large buffet restaurant with so much variety. The animation team was AMAZING!!! I liked how they invited everyone to participate in activities at the pool.

I found my room near the pool to be quite convenient. it was a very short walk to the bar and snack area, which i appreciated. all inclusive meals offered many different options. accessing buses across from the beach was easy. I found it a good value for the money.

the hotel was very busy and the elevators were quite slow! this was inconvenient at times.

Excellent Hotel with Lovely Animation Team!

energetic team inclusive option high-quality food

I just returned from a good stay. The animation team was AMAZING! They were always energetic and made every day fun. I also liked that the all-inclusive option included loads of choices. The snack hut provided food of a surprisingly high quality. It surpassed the main restaurant.

I did notice that the pools could be a bit crowded. Securing a sun lounger required some early morning effort. This was a minor inconvenience, though.

amazing location quick reception high quality animation overcrowded pool unavailable sunbeds many guests

the reception was quick upon arrival. the location is amazing because it is close to the beach. the animation was high quality with a special mention for jose, saray, argo and celia. i found the staff perfect.

the pool is overcrowded. this hotel is taking more guests than it should. it was nearly impossible to get a sunbed.
