the staff were efficient and very friendly. the room was always clean thanks to the cleaning staff. the location is good and easy accessible. the food at the restaurant offered many choices.
the lifts were a bit slow at peak times, so sometimes i waited a while.

The hotel is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. I appreciated the polite and professional service from check-in to check-out. The staff was also very friendly.. a definite plus. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the area.
The air conditioning in my room did not seem to function correctly. Reception suggested the balcony door might be the issue. This was not the case and the room remained too warm for comfort.

the lifts were often busy. sometimes a long wait occurred.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants. It made exploring very easy. The staff were polite and professional, from check-in to check-out. The location is a highlight, especially since you can walk right out of the hotel to find various bars and restaurants..
The air conditioning did not seem to work in my room, or it was deactivated. I mentioned this at reception and was told the balcony door must not be closed. Unfortunately, the temperature in the room remained high during the night.
