The location is decent and the hotel looks great at first glance. service was inconsistent. I waited an unreasonable time for the omelet chef at breakfast. He seemed annoyed when he finally was. Servers were inattentive and difficult to flag down. This fell short of expectations.

the hotel provides an excellent gym. the staff was helpful and attentive. the location is close to the city centre, about a fifteen-minute walk. the breakfast choice was extensive, with very fresh products and many options..

the shower area in the bathroom felt small. it seemed disproportionate for a hotel of this category. this discrepancy slightly affected the overall impression of luxury.
