easy accesswide varietyphone service
i enjoyed the easy access to the pool and the nearby beach. the hotel offered complimentary access to the spa facilities for an hour each day. i also appreciated the access to the one lounge for refreshments throughout the day. breakfast had a wide variety of choices.
the in-room phone service number for customer assistance was not active. this made it difficult to contact staff when needed!

the hotel features a decently equipped gym with several machines. specifically, there are three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for guest use. the pool area has approximately twenty loungers. a shaded section for those who prefer it.

the breakfast was really good the variety was WIDE. the staff were amazing. I also hired the hotel bikes to explore nearby attractions. the location was great for exploring the local area
my room lacked sufficient wardrobe space there were no drawers for clothes. the pillows were very firm causing a neck ache. I requested a room change but it was not possible. the tv signal was also temperamental it did not work half the time

The room was lovely. It was a dolce vita double room. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, such a wide selection. the beach club right across the promenade was so convenient. The service there was also very good.
The gym was basic. It lacked resistance equipment. my room had constant traffic noise and , made it hard to sleep! bottled water in the room was not replenished daily, i expected more.

The location was fantastic, directly on the beachfront. The hotel featured a luxurious beach club and pool lounge. The rooftop bar offered AMAZING views and entertainment including singers and DJS. Rooms had lovely balconies with sea views.
The complimentary bottled water was not replenished daily.
