a lovely stay, grateful for the experience!

breakfast option spacious balcony beachfront access comfortable room

breakfast offered various choices with dietary preferences catered for. rooms included beachfront access with spacious balconies! the location was superb, allowing easy beach access and walks. i enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants, a short distance from the hotel. rooms and beds provided a comfortable and relaxing experience.

the gym's air conditioning was not working properly, made exercising uncomfortable!

amazing experience!!!

refurbished room unlimited drinks convenient access

the room was refurbished and on the ninth floor, offering convenient access to the rooftop. breakfast in the level lounge impressed me. Staff replenished everything quickly throughout the day. unlimited soft drinks were available all day. wine. There was also an open bar in the evening from 7 to 9.

Service on the rooftop was occasionally slow. I had to wait longer than expected for drinks. it was a very minor inconvenience given the overall excellence.

excellent beachfront stay

refurbished room rooftop access unlimited drinks level lounge

this made rooftop access simple. i found the breakfast in the level lounge very good. Staff quickly replenished everything throughout the day. unlimited soft drinks were available all day. Wine was available. an open bar operated in the evening.

The doors were quite loud. Opening and closing them was difficult. I could constantly hear people at night.

The hotel features two pools, one situated on the rooftop, it gives guests options for relaxation. the main restaurant offered good value, with varied meal choices available to suit different tastes. a restaurant across the street provided a beachfront dining alternative. I found it fabulous.

The staff was very well trained. They seemed anxious to please. i noticed the lifeguard worked tirelessly throughout the day. she completed various tasks around the pool and within the lounge area. I appreciated her hard work.
