missing windowsabsent shower
The room was clean and nicely decorated. however, there were no windows, only skylights. the bathroom also lacked a shower. It only had a bathtub. i found the absence of a shower quite inconvenient. there was only one mirror available, not sufficient. these omissions detracted from the overall experience.

Acceptable but flawed

helpful stafffaulty showerpoor water pressure
The staff helped kids and dogs well enough.
The shower didn't work at all. I pulled a cord I thought turned electric on, but nothing. The water pressure was poor and the shower was also dirty.

I had dinner there one evening and the menu was much smaller than what the website advertised. The carvery was not available, and staff did not mention it. My meal arrived on a tiny plate making it difficult to eat (it was a struggle to maneuver).
