the room was good and spacious. i easily traveled by bus to and from cromer. the lady at the desk was cheerful and helpful with all my questions. she gave me the location of the bus stop used to return to cromer.

i booked a beach view, but got a room facing the busy road. i could not open the window much because of the noise. smokers went outside the bar to smoke right under my window. the lady on reception said she would swap things round and get back to me, but she didn't.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. however, there were no windows, only skylights. the bathroom also lacked a shower. It only had a bathtub. i found the absence of a shower quite inconvenient. there was only one mirror available, not sufficient. these omissions detracted from the overall experience.

I had dinner there one evening and the menu was much smaller than what the website advertised. The carvery was not available, and staff did not mention it. My meal arrived on a tiny plate making it difficult to eat (it was a struggle to maneuver).

The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful . There was also plenty of parking available. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, just a couple of minutes away (this made getting around easy).

I sent a few emails prior to my stay, but unfortunately, I did not receive a reply.

The manager was very helpful and polite to me. Staff members were available at the bar, also demonstrating great politeness and attentiveness. I found all staff to be consistently friendly and ready to assist with any questions.

The room had a good-sized bed and nice presentation. The bathroom included a bath. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel provided fresh milk in the fridge, a nice touch.
