I found the hotel staff very kind and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. my room had comfortable beds and pillows. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. these were superb in quality and comfort.
I noticed that some carpets showed visible stains. They could benefit from a thorough deep clean. i hope that housekeeping attends to this detail soon. It impacts the overall impression of the room.

the location is really convenient. i found plenty of restaurants and bars in a short walk from the hotel. i also appreciated the easy parking situation.
the cleaners were quite noisy early in the morning (from 8am). it was a bit disruptive.

the hotel features a great location near the main high street, made exploring very easy. i received a warm cookie upon arrival, a nice cute touch. hayley and jade at reception were very helpful and kind. i also found a good running route along the canal nearby.

The location was acceptable, with restaurants nearby.
The carpets in my room seemed stained and not particularly clean. The hotel placed me directly below a function room (I didn't know about this beforehand), and I could hear loud music until midnight (it reminded me of a nightclub). The offer of only £25 compensation for a very disturbed night was insulting.
