wonderful experience at a good price
ample wardrobestylish bathroomuseful extrasprofessional staff
the room i had was a double room non-smoking and it included ample wardrobe space. the en-suite bathroom included a stylish comfortable bath. the fridge stocked extras that i found really useful. the staff gave a warm welcome and were professional.
i noticed the food was overpriced and seemed like what you get at a soft play area, not ideal.

the room was indeed a room a bit on the chilly side and it seemed the bathroom heating had taken a vow of silence no croissants was at breakfast either it was a breakfast lacking in certain crucial pastries and my omelette well it arrived sans cheese a minor tragedy i think it made the whole experience somewhat less than stellar

The location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed dust accumulation in several areas! The promised Wi-Fi was unreliable. It kept disconnecting, and I could not complete my work. Staff response to the issue was slow. It took hours before anyone addressed it.

underwhelming EXPERIENCE, minor ISSUES
tea stainsdrainage problem
The cleanliness in the superior DOUBLE room was NOT excellent. I saw tea stains ON the wooden bed frame. the shower cubicle drain had some problems, it smelled like sewerage and the water did not drain quickly. these issues impacted MY stay.
