the food was acceptable at the clocktower restaurant.

The room i was given had a bothersome stain on the carpet. it looked unsightly. I expected better soundproofing. the lack of prompt response to my request for extra towels was also irritating. i made the request at 4 p.m., but didn't get them until 7 p.m.!!!

A Charmed Experience

The room I got was an Executive Double Room. It featured a modern bathroom. The bathroom had twin sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. I found fresh towels and high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. The Clocktower restaurant offered an excellent menu. I enjoyed a delicious meal there. The staff were attentive and the service was prompt. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere in the dining area. The hotel grounds featured well kept gardens. I took a stroll through these gardens. There were several seating areas available. I thought they provided a peaceful retreat. The spa was an excellent place to unwind. I liked the variety of treatments on offer. The facilities were clean. The staff ensured a relaxing experience.

I noticed a slight delay when I requested extra pillows one evening. They did eventually arrive.

i was upgraded to a follifoot wing double suite. the spa facilities were excellent, especially the open air rooftop spa. the gardens offered a relaxing break.

i found the food choice quite limited. the shop also seemed a bit sparse. i expected a bit more variety.
