strange odor misinformed staff

Breakfast met my standards. The food was great.

The reception staff was misinformed. I paid more for parking. My room should have been an upgrade, but it was standard and emitted a strange odor. there was music.

Absolutely amazing experience!

relaxed setting delicious food

We enjoyed light lunch in the lounge. The ambience created a wonderfully relaxed setting and Miguel served us there. He was attentive and very knowledgeable. The food tasted fresh and delicious and Miguel suggested the Sunday lunch. We plan to book that experience in the next few weeks. He represents the hotel so well! what a gem!

I found the noise insulation poor. I could clearly hear people walking around upstairs. This made the light fittings rattle. Otherwise, I loved my stay.

The hotel location is great. It is near the city center.

I found the breakfast disappointing because everything was COLD. The bacon, toast, eggs and beans were not fresh or warm at all.

the building had beautiful architecture. the staff were attentive. our room was upgraded. all staff were awesome from reception to the room attendants and i would stay again. i loved the hotel and it felt romantic.

friendly staff renovated building fresh milk

The staff were very friendly upon my arrival. The renovated building allowed me to feel the history of the structure. I requested and received fresh milk rather than UHT. for my beverages.

wrong information funny smell

the bed was really comfortable..

the staff at reception gave wrong information regarding car parking so i paid extra. my room was supposedly an upgrade, but it was very basic. also, there was a funny smell and music noise in the room.
