basic structure drink order
The spa lodges look amazing, but ours was in need of a refurbishment. Especially the sauna, and the soft furnishings. the basic structure is tired and grubby. all the room service is via an app, but you couldn't order drinks on the app. this is a big miss and frankly a pain.

friendly staff spa goodies in-room coffee
i found the staff friendly and helpful. a welcome box contained spa goodies , which i appreciated. the in-room coffee machine was a nice touch. i liked the location of the hotel a lot.
i felt the bar was slightly expensive.

the staff was super friendly , efficient and very cute. the staff at reception were particularly helpful. the hotel has a boutique feel. staff members seemed genuinely happy at their work.

attentive staff fresh breakfast good presentation worn carpets expired milk worn rooms
The staff was attentive. The food offered was above the expected standards. Breakfast was fresh. Dinners had variety and good presentation.
Carpets outside the room required hoovering. The rooms seemed worn. Milk provided was two days past its expiration date.
