for a celebration with friends, we had bed and breakfast included. the staff let us decorate our table. they took photos of our group. complementary dessert was brought to the birthday girl. janice took care of us and tom was also helpful.
the hill from the car park to reception is steep.

The hotel decor was very stylish, i especially liked the location. the staff was great. They could not have been better. i enjoyed the relaxing ambience throughout. the food and drink prices were very reasonable. they cooked my rib eye perfectly. it came with a free glass of prosecco, which i thought was cool!
I noticed some areas could use a little refreshment. The paint looked chipped in places. it needs some attention!

the restaurant offered a varied menu for both adults and children, and i found a nice selection. breakfast had a large assortment of cereals and fruit for me to choose from. i ordered poached eggs from the menu. they arrived quickly and piping hot.

the surrounding landscape provided a beautiful backdrop! i could easily access points of interest from the location. the golf courses, spa, and grounds added to the appeal. i definitely enjoyed the proximity to nature trails.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Maisie was especially cheerful in the restaurant. The hotel setting is lovely, and the building is grand. I checked in easily and quickly got to my well-presented room. I enjoyed the spa facilities, the evening meal, and breakfast a lot.
I noticed the mini-fridge in my room was completely empty, a slight disappointment. I hoped for a more stocked fridge.

The staff gave great service, nothing was too much trouble! Donna in the spa offered a relaxing environment. Her massage was very soothing. Morgan B in the bar gave great service too. He was lovely.

The spa area was clean and peaceful. I found it relaxing there. The pool had times for children to enjoy it. This made it fun for families. There are two golf courses on the estate. They provide a real bonus for golfers.
