Really good Stay with Fantastic Facilities

I got upgraded to a premium room with a wonderful river view. Lauren arranged this for me. The room has great facilities. I especially loved the seating area by the window. We ate in the restaurant due to the weather and the meal proved very good.

My room was too cold and the bed consisted of two single beds pushed together. There was only one plug socket available on my side of the bed.

This hotel has an excellent location. It allows for quiet and restful sleep. The hotel is situated in a position allowing easy walking into the city center. The hotel offers amazing views of the cathedral and the river.

The hotel offers large rooms with comfortable settings. Breakfast had plenty of options. I greatly enjoyed the spa . I made use of it twice. The gym offers excellent equipment for workouts.

The bar service needs improvement. One evening, I felt quite ripped off. I ordered drinks and the prices seemed inconsistent, varying from £23.30 to £27 for the same order, depending on who was serving. I would advise guests to consider other bars in the area.
