I found the location to be excellent. It was a short walk from the train station. the room was a good size. entering the hotel, i noticed it was very smart. the bar food was also good.
the breakfast only included scrambled eggs. there were no poached or fried eggs available.

the standard twin room included two comfortable twin beds and ample space for luggage. a work desk with accessible power outlets was useful. i also had a clear view from the window.
