overrated stay with disappointments
smelly hot tub roof view
the location was acceptable since it was a short walk to the town centre.
I booked a room with a hot tub, but it smelled funny. i only used it once for a short time. the staff were nice, but i had expected a lake view and instead overlooked the roof of the spa. This was disappointing for my anniversary.

Really good Stay!
great staff amazing food spa access
My stay included spa access and it was fantastic! I enjoyed tea in the pub. The staff were friendly and the food was great! I would return. I had a great time!

great variety quick service
the breakfast selection was great, it had a lot of variety. the staff were very friendly, they offered quick service.
