The location is very nice. I literally walked across the street to the museum! The staff was genuinely helpful from arrival to departure. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to historical details. The decor really enhances the experience. I loved the clean room. It.
The parking fee was a little extra, though the convenience was worthwhile.

The building has an excellent historic design.
I found the shower pressure to be weak (a real letdown). The staff did not make efforts to speak languages other than English. The food did not match the hotel's prestige and felt overpriced.
