The Marine Hotel enjoys a fantastic location, being a short walk from the railway station and right on the beach and promenade, with some guests enjoying sea views from spacious rooms. Guests often appreciate the indoor swimming pool and the plentiful, good quality breakfast. Some have noted that the signage for the pool could be clearer, but the hotel's location makes it ideal for exploring the area and it offers excellent value for money.

small bathroompeeling paint
The room i had was not excellent. the bathroom was quite small and lacked sufficient shelving. the general upkeep seemed lacking with peeling paint. i also found navigating the hotel confusing, it was difficult to find the most direct route to my room. Lots of stairs were involved.
