The hotel offered a complimentary mini-fridge which i found very useful. the room was modern and spacious. i particularly enjoyed the river view from my room. It was a nice touch. the breakfast had a good variety of options. I found plenty to choose from.

during check-in, i had to pay a £50 deposit. this was unexpected as it was not communicated to me beforehand, so i found it quite inconvenient.

The room was clean with fresh towels provided every day. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were also available. i noticed the in-room bathroom was very clean, so that was definitely a plus. the bed was comfortable!

The hotel is a short walk from the city center. Moorfields station is also nearby. it was very convenient to walk to the docks and other attractions. i found the location to be quite central.

The roof bar boasts AMAZING views. I watched the city sparkle. Breakfast included a wide choice. The staff were so lovely! They were so helpful always. I really liked the car park being right next door.

The deposit was quite a surprise. I wished I knew this before arrival.

the room was modern and bright, WHICH i CONSIDER adequate.

housekeeping seemed a bit questionable. one day, i put the sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned. i came back in the afternoon AND it WAS not done. i had to ask AGAIN, which caused a delay.
