The room had proper blackout curtains and good climate control. The breakfast featured various hot and cold options, including scrambled eggs and pastries. The hotel offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. I appreciated having this convenient service.
Guests often had to wait several minutes for an available car. This inconvenience affected my overall experience.

The room was excellent. It had plenty of room, it was also clean and well decorated. The staff allowed my request for a later checkout. They also ordered taxis for me when I needed to go into the city and the cruise terminal.
The sliding door to the shower room and toilet is partially see-through. It also has a decent gap on the side, so there is very little privacy.

The hotel had a decent gym. nice bar and lounge areas. The room had lots of plug sockets, so it was great for charging all my devices. Breakfast included a waffle maker, which the children REALLY liked.

The staff was wonderful. They were very good for their customers.
The air conditioning did NOT work. I couldn't open the window. It was noisy because of the pub below. The communal male toilets were dirty. The lock was broken TOO.

i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. the location was excellent and quite central. breakfast was included in the price and was great. the hotel was very clean overall.
i paid extra for a sea view but could not actually see the sea. the bathroom door was a sliding glass doorwith little privacy from a sound perspective. not enough towels were available in the room. i did manage to get extra towels, however the pillows never arrived.
