some issues, nothing lovely

small room lift noise
the lifts were a real problem. i waited forever, and they were always packed. my room was right by the lift shaft too so i heard them all night long. it really made it hard to sleep. the room itself felt really small, especially the toilet. if you are tall, good luck.

free upgrade excellent service
the staff was friendly and always willing to help. sophia and raj provided excellent customer service. i was upgraded to a better room and even received complimentary drinks in the lobby.

friendly staff convenient taxi clean room cold room uncomfortable bed poor lighting
the staff are friendly and couldn't do enough. we traveled by taxi a lot. the staff were happy to order the taxi for us. the room view was nice and clean.
the room are too cold even with the highest temperature setting. the bed was also uncomfortable. the lighting is really bad.

kind staff excellent breakfast
staff were very kind. breakfast was excellent and had a great layout. THE location was near many places.
the air con didn't work. we asked for a bigger fan and they said yes. when we returned it was the same fan.
