some issues, nothing lovely

small roomlift noise

the lifts were a real problem. i waited forever, and they were always packed. my room was right by the lift shaft too so i heard them all night long. it really made it hard to sleep. the room itself felt really small, especially the toilet. if you are tall, good luck.

the staff are friendly and couldn't do enough. we traveled by taxi a lot. the staff were happy to order the taxi for us. the room view was nice and clean.

the air con didn't work. we asked for a bigger fan and they said yes. when we returned it was the same fan.
