I found the rooms to be modern and comfortable. The staff provided amazing service (Amy, Phill, Sam and Stacy are a great team!). I especially liked the helpful and professional attitude of the staff. The hotel food was good and I enjoyed my stay overall.
The windows offered a view I didn't appreciate.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

I booked a twin room, but upon arrival, it was not ready. The staff gave our allocated room to a DJ because they assumed we were not coming (despite our luggage being stored there). The replacement room was substandard, with pubic hair in the bath, dirty floors, daddy long legs, and a broken window that did not close (I don't know if it was negligence or disrespect).
