The staff were friendly and met my needs. this location worked well because of close tram service. i could easily go into the city to explore and get back. the hotel was very clean. Everything was tidy.

the toilet was small, making it a bit uncomfortable to use.

the staff was very helpful and friendly i found the location to be excellent with easy access to public transport nearby there was also a tesco store for convenience the canal provided a lovely walkable route and added to the peacefulness of the area

the room was very small and basic the shower was a plastic box and the toilet felt cramped it was difficult to use the facilities comfortably
