the room had a coffee making station so at least i could get a decent cup in the morning.
i must say, the parking situation was less than stellar, i called ahead to confirm a discount, i was promised 25% off if i used a code at the machine after my stay, this was not the case, i ended up paying full price which was more than i expected. also, the hotel charged a security fee to my card, i was told it would be refunded but i am still waiting for the money to come back to my account.

the staff was so amazing. the room was totally gorgeous and super clean. i went into the pool and it was just so great, a great view all around! it really felt special, i'm already planning to book again.
the phone just rang and rang. i was like i waited forever. i hope they can fix it soon, its frustrating to have to wait so long just to ask something.

the hotel is in the center and is near main city shops. i can walk there in only like, five minutes! it's easy to get anywhere in the city center quickly, uber was cheap!

the rooftop pool is amazing with spa access! there is also a private cinema room you can book! plus, there is a lift to all floors and wide hallways, so it's easy to get around.

thin wallsclueless staff
I was quite disappointed with a few aspects. the thin walls were a problem. I could hear everything happening in the corridor. scaffolding surrounded the infinity pool. it felt the staff seemed a bit clueless when i mentioned my stay wasn't as expected. They smiled and continued with their duties.

The gym was excellent. I found a nice coffee in the restaurant. My room included a coffee machine and a nice bathroom.
The walls were very thin. I could hear everything in the corridor. Scaffolding surrounded the infinity pool. I feel like the hotel should inform guests before they book or pay, as this is the only reason why this hotel should be charging so much. Staff seemed a bit clueless, I mentioned that my stay was not as expected, and they just smiled and continued.
