“Hope Street Hotel strikes me as a place trying to balance boutique charm with modern expectations. The location places you squarely in Liverpool's cultural district, near the Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre, which is a definite plus. I get the sense you're paying for that prime spot and the promise of a stylish stay, but be aware some past visitors have noted inconsistencies.”
