The location is very convenient near the waterfront and docks. My room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The hotel is an easy walk into the city centre.

Soundproofing was not very good I could hear doors slamming.

the staff welcomed me warmly and were helpful. the hotel room was clean. the premises overall seemed well-kept and tidy. i found the location perfect for my sightseeing plans.

lovely stay!

large bed comfortable bed great location

the room was super clean and tidy. the bed was so large and comfortable. the location was great near docks and matthew street. i liked that i could walk from lime street station.

the shower leaked a bit at the walk-in part so the floor was a little puddle.

I stayed in a room with air conditioning. The room included a kettle an iron and a hairdryer. The location allowed easy access to city attractions and restaurants.

The breakfast selection seemed somewhat limited.
