The heating was broken in the foyer, bar, and restaurant. It was freezing. staff looked just as cold in the restaurant. (i felt bad for them) the hotel hadn't had heating for days. they used mobile radiators that kept blowing the electrics. no one told us this before or during check-in.

the staff was friendly i appreciated the early breakfast before my flight it started very early with a good selection. my room had everything i needed including large towels a hot shower and a comfortable bed. the hotel had a great location and was easy to find from the train station.

the air conditioning in public areas was too cold specifically the restaurant. i found the limited restaurant menu to be slightly disappointing.

the location was super convenient for my early morning flight (it's really close!). the bedroom had all the amenities i needed, including a nespresso machine and hairdryer. i also appreciated the quirky decor. breakfast had great choices.

the description of being 'just across the street from the airport' is misleading. the hotel isn't directly connected. it's at least a 20 minute walk from the terminal (sometimes in wind and rain) when dragging luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport train station. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that an accessible room was provided and it was spacious.

The shower cubicle was missing a side seal, so the bathroom floor got saturated.
