My room included elemis products, i found their scent very pleasing. the breakfast options were varied, the staff maintained a friendly attitude. the hotel offered convenient access to the railway station. the large tv in the room was a great addition. I appreciated it.

The lifts were quite slow. I often waited longer than i expected.

The staff at reception were cute. the room was immaculate. Facilities were really good. central location is a plus, near a secure parking car park. desk staff were lovely and friendly.

The room carpet had a slight odor. It needs deep cleaning.

central location, great amenities

central location clean room wonderful soap

I appreciated the very central location. It was easy to access shops and the train station. the room was clean and spacious, a definite plus. the bathroom soap, shampoo, and body cream smelled wonderful. I also found a safe, fridge, and ironing board in the room.

the dim lighting in the room wasn't ideal, particularly the lights above the bed. i think better led lights would improve this.

The location was EXCELLENT. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very good overall.

The room looked a bit worn out. The mirror in the bathroom looked tarnished. The bedside cabinet was chipped too.

smelly carpet inoperative television

I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of my room. the carpet had an awful smell, a real letdown considering the central location. it definitely needs a deep clean or replacement (i couldn't stop thinking about it). also, i found it impossible to get the television working. Such a simple thing would have been nice.
