"Hi The Mitre is a first class Hotel it is actually better than the Premier Inn, better facilities friendly staff and a breakfast that is included in the room rate to die for, the breakfast was second to none, I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again if back in the area."

The location was amazing near the cathedral. the staff was friendly. Their assistance. breakfast included good-quality bacon and sausage. It was a lovely start to the day.

The shower had poor pressure. It impacted the overall experience.

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was super easy to get around. The staff were always helpful and friendly! The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the cathedral.

the staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. liam and holly at reception were inviting. gregory was also helpful with a late entry. breakfast included scrambled eggs and hash browns. everything was clean, including the bathroom and bed sheets.

Decent Stay at a Central Spot

central location helpfull staff self serve breakfast uncomfortable mattress stained carpet outdated room

The location was definitely a plus. It was very central to everything. The staff were very good, I thought. The breakfast was fantastic. It was all self serve.

The mattress had springs digging into me and was not comfortable at all. The carpets had VERY strange stains. The rooms were dated and the windows did not shut properly.
