we celebrated our anniversary here and it was wonderful. the staff were so attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. the restaurant service was prompt, and our meals arrived perfectly prepared (i was particularly impressed).

the phone in our room was not working. i had to use my mobile to call reception for assistance at one point, a minor inconvenience.

the food service was slow. It took a long time for anyone to take our order. the room i booked, a superior king room, lacked a bath robe and the tea and coffee facilities were fairly basic for the price i paid. it all seemed rather careless.
