excellent stay
convenient locationfriendly staffair conditioning
the location is convenient near the m56 motorway. staff provided a friendly greeting and efficient check-in process. i found the evening meal good and the breakfast fabulous. the spa facilities offered a welcome addition to my stay.
the hotel lacks air conditioning, and i found the room uncomfortably warm. the windows allowed only limited opening, about three to four inches. i requested a fan to help alleviate the heat, but it proved insufficient without air conditioning.

staff provided attentive service throughout my stay. many staff members worked in the restaurant during breakfast. the team were really nice too ensure i had a special experience with my family.

the hotel offers a gym equipped with a selection of free weights and machines. i also enjoyed access to spa facilities, including a steam room and a sauna. sofas in the spa area offered a comfortable place for relaxation.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. I found the staff at the reception to be pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient for accessing nearby cities.
I noticed the pool could use a good clean. My room was warm, and i didn't feel much effect from the air conditioning. I saw that the windows were also quite dirty.

the breakfast was amazing with a freshly cooked and wide selection. afternoon tea was fresh and provided just the right amount of food. the waiter joe and chef joe are great members of staff!!!
