check-in was super swift and the front desk staff were amazing. they ensured my room was super clean. the mattress felt supportive plus comfortable and i slept like a baby. breakfast had lots of options. the quality was great too.

The trains passing by the hotel were slightly audible. they didn't disrupt sleep too much.

location next to the airport was quite convenient. i walked to terminal 1 in about 10 minutes.

paying over £16 for 2 drinks at the bar seemed excessive. the bar menu wasn't exactly thrilling. i got a asian inspired sharing platter for £15 and it was disappointing. one satay chicken skewer arrived without satay sauce. the waitress eventually brought another with sauce, but the portion sizes left me wanting more.

The hotel gave me a warm cookie at check-in. Staff members were friendly and helpful . The room was clean and well-equipped, with tea and coffee facilities. I found the bed and bedding very comfortable.

I found the room cleanliness lacking. There were stains on the sheets. the air conditioning did not work, and when i requested a fan, it was covered in dust. (i was really disappointed)
