the location was convenient. a tram stop was in easy walking distance. breakfast options were pleasant! the greeting at check-in was nice and the staff member was very helpful.
The temperature and humidity control made the room unpleasant. there was no air con and the ensuite extractor fan did not work. the heater also did not come on when turned up. This made the room cold.
