Superior rooms are larger and located on the quieter side of the Inn, offering king, double, or twined sized beds and bathrooms with showers only or bath and shower. Some rooms include four-poster beds and bathrooms with whirlpool baths. Hot tub rooms provide private gardens with cedar hot tubs and views of the Staffordshire Peak District. Please note that the Mill Wheel Spa is available to guests on Spa Breaks only; spa packages can be added by contacting the property directly.

The team of chefs has designed an afternoon tea menu, available in the dining area or terraced garden with views over the Staffordshire Peak District. A small home cooked Roast lunch followed by a selection of home made Desserts and Daily Dessert Specials for £11.25. There is also a Carvery served Wednesday - Saturday 12:00 - 14:00 (Monday & Tuesday Lunch - plated to table).

The 3m sq hydrotherapy pool has 2 tiered steps up with hand rail and then 2 steps down into a water depth of 1.2m.
