slow service complete refurbishment

The food at the coach house restaurant wasn't great. The lunch menu felt heavy and lacked salad or pasta options. My main courses weren't hot enough, and the service felt a bit slow. The hotel REALLY needs a refurbishment. It feels more like a three-star place charging four-star prices.

The room was exactly as I expected it to be. A gorgeous experience. I slept really well in the room. The evening meal at the Coach House was excellent quality, but not included in my room rate.

The room was very clean. I was very pleased to see how clean the inside of the kettle was. The grounds were lovely, a beautiful calm environment. The hotel complimented this.
