i found the staff helpful right from the start. the room was excellent and contained useful touches that added to the luxury feel. everyone i interacted with was pleasant and helpful. i especially appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport.

The temperature control for the fridge in my room was broken. Nothing inside actually got cold.

I noticed the breakfast buffet offered many options, including fresh fruit and choices with allergies. Vegetarian options were also available. the dining area was airy, and tables were arranged with good spacing. the breakfast was amazing, so fresh.

The reception staff were cute upon arrival. i asked about breakfast. The receptionist clarified it included an à la carte menu and buffet. she confirmed we had paid for à la carte and was unsure what went wrong with our breakfast order.

the room included a coffee machine (i really enjoyed having my morning coffee there). the location is convenient if you are visiting donington park.

the check-in process was a bit slow, and i waited in a queue.

The host seemed to expect us to have breakfast vouchers (we had not received them). we were not offered a menu initially. We were only told about the buffet. we requested tea and pancakes, but after a 20 minute wait and a second request, we were told that no pancakes were available. the staff seemed visibly annoyed when we asked again for tea. (the room itself was lovely, it's just a shame the breakfast service was lacking.)

efficient check-in comfortable room amazing bed helpful staff

I found the check-in process efficient with the room key readily available upon arrival. My upgraded superior room proved particularly comfortable after long travel hours. The beds were amazing and provided excellent rest. All staff members were helpful.

I noticed the changing facilities at the pool area were a bit small.
