The host seemed to expect us to have breakfast vouchers (we had not received them). we were not offered a menu initially. We were only told about the buffet. we requested tea and pancakes, but after a 20 minute wait and a second request, we were told that no pancakes were available. the staff seemed visibly annoyed when we asked again for tea. (the room itself was lovely, it's just a shame the breakfast service was lacking.)

I found the check-in process efficient with the room key readily available upon arrival. My upgraded superior room proved particularly comfortable after long travel hours. The beds were amazing and provided excellent rest. All staff members were helpful.

I noticed the changing facilities at the pool area were a bit small.
