The room size was quite generous, a BIG plus. Breakfast had many options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. The staff were attentive. The hotel's proximity to nearby attractions made it convenient. I appreciated the ease of access.

I found the gym equipment somewhat limited. More variety would REALLY enhance the fitness experience.

the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. the location is superb for nec events (it's practically next door!). i especially liked the excellent shower facilities in my room.

the car park was busy upon my arrival, so parking was a slight issue.

the hotel provides convenient access to bp pulse, it is beneficial for electric vehicle owners, and offers good facilities with a well-stocked bar and a restaurant, (i enjoyed my visit to the bar).
