the location was convenient to the nec. my room offered a kettle and an ironing board. a work table and a sofa were also in the room.

the sofa bed proved uncomfortable and not really suitable for sleeping.

easy walk friendly staff positive experience

i had an easy time walking there following the blue line through the industrial area. the friendly staff added to the positive experience, it was very helpful!

i found out there's a £15 per night charge for parking! this was unexpected, i wasn't aware of this fee before arriving.

The check-in process was easy. My room had a comfortable bed. I found the location convenient for accessing the BP Pulse Arena.

The hotel charged extra for pets. Parking also incurred an additional fee. I found the shower water pressure to be quite poor.

generous room fresh fruit attentive staff

The room size was quite generous, a BIG plus. Breakfast had many options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. The staff were attentive. The hotel's proximity to nearby attractions made it convenient. I appreciated the ease of access.

I found the gym equipment somewhat limited. More variety would REALLY enhance the fitness experience.

the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. the location is superb for nec events (it's practically next door!). i especially liked the excellent shower facilities in my room.

the car park was busy upon my arrival, so parking was a slight issue.
