underwhelming stay
dirty room broken toilet
the reception staff seemed friendly enough, i suppose.
honestly, the room wasn't clean at all. there were cobwebs on the window handle, i kid you not, and some spiders had clearly taken up residence in the bathroom. plus, the small flush on the toilet didn't even work properly. it was a struggle just to get ready in such a cramped, dirty space.

fantastic stay!
helpful desk clean gym comfy beds
the front desk was super friendly and helpful! i used the clean gym, pool, sauna, and steam rooms. my room was spacious for three adults. the air con was a welcome relief, and the beds were comfy!!!
i didn't get a free cookie at check-in, though hilton usually offers one!

Brack remembered my breakfast order from months prior, a detail I found excellent. Ellie at reception offered extra cookies upon learning my fiance enjoyed them. I appreciated the convenient parking and the swift key pass delivery during check-in, it included a helpful guide detailing breakfast times and spa directions.

My room featured a comfortable bed and a large television. The bathroom was nicely done. It felt spacious. Air conditioning maintained a pleasant temperature indoors, especially welcome with the outdoor heat.

The hotel offers a pool with a whirlpool, sauna, and steam room, all maintained very clean. I took advantage of the well-equipped gym. It was state-of-the-art. The lovely walk around the back features a river and golf course.

plentiful parking spacious room comfortable bed
I found plentiful parking on arrival. my king guest room was spacious. the bed was really comfortable, and i slept soundly each night. i especially liked that the room was quiet. I didn't hear any noise from other guests or outside.
the room temperature was a little too high on the first night, but it was easily resolved.

The breakfast selection included many choices and the staff was helpful and very attentive. i found yana and brack to be great during breakfast service. They offered really good service. the food was AMAZING!!!

the location was convenient for attending a nearby private function, it was easy to find. the hotel grounds are well kept. i appreciated being close to where i needed to be without a long drive.

murky water loud class
The spa was a letdown! i had hoped for a relaxing time, but it felt quite unclean. the jacuzzi water was murky, and some of the seating seemed unsafe. i also wasn't informed about a water zumba class that took over the pool. It was very loud and not the calming experience i expected.

Okay hotel, some downsides.
clean room comfy bed complimentary selection cold breakfast hard breakfast unfriendly staff
The rooms were comfy and clean. I found a good selection of complimentary teas, coffees, and biscuits in my room! These were replenished daily. The complimentary dressing gowns and toiletries were also a nice touch.
I wasn't shown to my room. I had to find it myself. No one showed me where breakfast was either. I found that breakfast was cold and hard, even though I arrived at 7:15.

i found the rooms were clean and spacious plus the bed was comfortable. staff members were really friendly and supportive during my time here. i received complimentary breakfast and free parking , made it great value.
the bar price list had some inaccuracies and my bill was slightly off though they addressed it.
