murky waterloud class
The spa was a letdown! i had hoped for a relaxing time, but it felt quite unclean. the jacuzzi water was murky, and some of the seating seemed unsafe. i also wasn't informed about a water zumba class that took over the pool. It was very loud and not the calming experience i expected.

The rooms were comfy and clean. I found a good selection of complimentary teas, coffees, and biscuits in my room! These were replenished daily. The complimentary dressing gowns and toiletries were also a nice touch.
I wasn't shown to my room. I had to find it myself. No one showed me where breakfast was either. I found that breakfast was cold and hard, even though I arrived at 7:15.

i found the rooms were clean and spacious plus the bed was comfortable. staff members were really friendly and supportive during my time here. i received complimentary breakfast and free parking , made it great value.
the bar price list had some inaccuracies and my bill was slightly off though they addressed it.
