pleasant stay

excellent breakfastfriendly staffroom cleanliness
the breakfast was excellent with many choices and fresh items. the staff were friendly and efficient making the experience smooth. i found the location good with easy access to nearby attractions. the gym and spa were well maintained and offered a good range of equipment.
the room cleanliness could be improved as i noticed some hairs in the bathroom. also i found that some of the food items listed on the dinner menu were not available.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the room, a premium twin room, was clean and spacious with plenty of room. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom included modern fixtures. i also liked that parking was on site (though it does cost extra).
the limited seating in the restaurant was inconvenient as it required a long wait during peak hours.

the staff was friendly and helpful . breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted fresh. i found the room well kept and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. i was able to walk to the town center in about 25 minutes.
The parking fee seemed a little expensive. It was £25 for overnight.
