I found the check-in process very easy. Gareth was helpful. he arranged a good room for my girlfriend and me. parking in the purple bays was convenient. the basic room contained a bed, shower room, toilet, and tv.

The room lacked a table or shelves. This meant i had to keep my belongings on the floor.

the train station is quite close to the hotel. i appreciated the convenient location near transport links. it made getting around easy. i used public transport every day.

the double room was functional, including only basic amenities. the bed and bedding were good quality. the tv worked well, but the remote was a little unresponsive, at times, requiring a few tries.

staff members were accommodating and friendly. i was greeted with a smile. they quickly addressed my questions. i could not fault the level of service from anyone there.
