the staff was polite, i found that acceptable.

the room was very cold and i did not find any heating in the bathroom. i asked for a heater, but they said all were in use so i had to wait until the last night to get one. also, there were no chairs or tables, so i put my stuff on the floor.

the hotel is close to various restaurants, supermarkets, buses, scooters, and train stations. taxis arrived quickly when requested and the fares were affordable. i appreciated the convenient access to transportation and dining options. the staff were helpful in making my check-in smooth after a flight delay and were always courteous .

I was pleased to find the staff helpful. The team provided prompt assistance with directions. The room was clean upon arrival. Bedding looked crisp and fresh. I appreciated the central location. It was convenient for accessing nearby shops. Check-in and check-out were efficient. The process was quick and straightforward.

I was slightly disappointed to find limited options for hanging clothes. There were only two hangers available.

I found the check-in process very easy. Gareth was helpful. he arranged a good room for my girlfriend and me. parking in the purple bays was convenient. the basic room contained a bed, shower room, toilet, and tv.

The room lacked a table or shelves. This meant i had to keep my belongings on the floor.
