low pressure
the shower pressure was LOW. it was not fit for purpose and I felt dirty. I could not wash my hair properly and it was impossible to rinse it and feel clean. We mentioned it to reception, but nothing could be done

the room felt a bit worn the pipes made a lot of noise at night i woke up a few times the breakfast wasn't amazing either especially the tomatoes they tasted underripe the staff seemed a bit uninterested when i mentioned it

the linden room was really comfortable and my luggage it was taken to my room after the matinée. the blue badge parking was easy and it was wonderful to just cross the road to the theatre. i loved the peonies, they were in full bloom and lined a path to the pink parasol area, everything was so good!
i was surprised to see outside, some windows and frames were rotting and, the room looked nice but it was actually looking somewhat run down. the wallpaper it was coming away from the wall over the bed and the bath it was stained.
