friendly team comfortable bed

the reception team was friendly. my room was big. it was also clean. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was clean too. the shower had good power. the location is central and has many bars close by. i would come back.

the sheets looked like they had blood stains. there were also yellow marks. this was quite off-putting and not something i expect.

good location comfy bed enough space cracked tiles people noise unpleasant smell

the hotel location worked well. it was a short walk to the attractions. the bed was comfy. i slept well and had enough space in the standard twin room.

the bathroom had some cracked tiles. i could hear noise from other people's rooms. the corridors smelled of air freshener and barely disguised some unpleasant smells.

friendly staff excellent location tired room below average breakfast

the staff are friendly, i will admit that. location is excellent too, it's close to the town centre and bus station. i find these aspects valuable .

the rooms is a little tired looking. also, breakfast was below average. the sausages looked like they were sitting for a long time. bacon had more fat than meat, and the plates werent clean.

The location was awesome! It was very close to the train station. Breakfast was good. The staff provided friendly service and excellent directions! Pizza on arrival tasted fantastic too.

The night club was near by, and it was loud with thumping music until 4:00 am

The staff were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful. rooms were cleaned daily, a nice surprise compared to other hotels. complimentary teas and coffees were also replaced each day. i found this attention to detail really sweet (like a warm hug).

the rooms felt a tiny bit basic, and i thought more lighting would enhance the space. however, the value matched the experience.
