Really good Location and Good Service!

I stayed here for several nights and the location impressed me, I loved being by the river. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. She provided quick answers to all my questions. Arya at the bar recommended a delicious dessert, her enthusiasm convinced me to try it.

The fire alarm went off twice , around midnight. The hotel attributed this to steam from bathroom showers since guests left their bathroom doors open. Preventative measures, like posters in the bathroom, could solve this recurring issue.

My room was modern and clean, I liked the excellent USB points at the bedside. The air conditioning worked perfectly, I appreciate the cleanliness.

The staff provided great service, especially Arya at the bar, she was amazing. The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. She gave me directions and recommendations for nearby attractions, everything was smooth

the hotel room was clean. the staff were helpful, especially at reception. i found the location to the town centre very convenient. it made getting around quite easy.

i had to carry heavy suitcases down the stairs. the air conditioning unit was difficult to operate, and it was quite noisy.

I really loved the hotel! the location near the river was awesome. it meant great views and easy walks to town. plus, the modern room was super clean. It had everything i needed.

the car park was totally full one night because of some function, it made parking a real pain
