The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area! the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. i loved the atmosphere. It felt so cute and cozy. i appreciated the private parking, it made everything so much easier!

the tv in the room was a little small, though i didn't spend much time watching it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is PRIME, just steps from the attractions! Breakfast offered a good variety. I especially enjoyed the salmon with scrambled eggs. The courtyard room featured a spacious layout along with a full-size bath, VERY relaxing after a day of travel.

The car park was full upon arrival, requiring a search for alternative parking nearby.

The staff was very helpful in finding a place for bicycle storage. I could also leave my luggage while exploring. The hotel is a short walk to the Cathedral, very convenient.

The radiators were not turned on until my departure day. A small fan heater was the only heating option initially. It was unseasonably cold , so extra heating was needed.

the staff changed towels and cleaned the room daily it was very convenient i appreciated that. sound insulation worked well thick curtains ensured outside noises did not intrude. staff were relaxed and ready to chat yet remained efficient providing quick service when i left my phone behind after checkout.

the tv offered a limited selection of channels i found this slightly inconvenient.
