friendly personnel central location quality food

the front desk personnel were both friendly and very helpful. the hotel location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i especially liked the courtyard where i had a lovely breakfast with good quality food.

the floor in my room was slightly uneven, it is a very old building after all.

the staff was upbeat and helpful. the dining room is popular and justifiably so. i found the location to be central. car parking is a great asset here (you do need to pre-book at reservation time).

i had a room overlooking the high street and was woken early each morning by the bin lorry.

My room featured molton brown products and a refrigerator. There was also a large-screen adjustable tv. I appreciated the spotlessly clean room. Helpful staff assisted me at reception.

The room was quite small for the price, it was rather disappointing. I believe the hotel needs to offer more for the money they charge, especially considering other options.

i found the location very central offering easy access to many attractions. the breakfast service included diverse options. there was complimentary access to a private car park which proved very helpful.

the bathroom lacked a towel rack near the shower making it slightly inconvenient

the room rate seemed excessive considering what i received. i frequently travel and have stayed in many city center hotels. this hotel is overpriced in comparison to those. the room size did not meet expectations considering what i payed. the cost did not align with the overall value delivered.
