The team demonstrated true professionalism attending to every detail with diligence. The swimming pool provided good recreation and the dining and restaurant services were perfect. I certainly recommend the hotel to future guests. Mohammed, his kindness and positive attitude stood out.

The room could have benefited from better soundproofing as some external noise was noticeable at times, which slightly impacted the overall peace. I found this to be a minor inconvenience

i found the receptionist very helpful, she checked us in very quickly. our room was very clean, tidy and everything worked well. i used the spa, the sauna and steam room were a nice extra touch.

i booked the hotel mainly for the use of the spa , i discovered the steam room and jacuzzi were out of service at the time of my stay.

the hotel included a spa area with a sauna and a steam room. i saw the pool area that featured multiple loungers and also had a shaded area to relax. i liked the presence of well lit corridors and stairways, that contributed to a secure environment.

The staff arranged every detail of our wedding with such tenderness and care. It was the best day of our lives. the hotel rooms were romantic, adorned with beautiful details. the outdoor space for our wedding was arranged brilliantly. Every corner reminded me of a dream. i felt deeply cared for and loved throughout our stay.

The television in our room didn't work. It said 'no signal,' which was a bit disappointing when all i wanted was to relax.

the building had a lovely design and provided ample parking spaces. the rooms were very spacious and maintained with great cleanliness. i found it easy to settle in and organize my belongings, convenient.

i noticed some slight wear in certain areas of the restaurant. the placemats and crockery seemed a bit old. i hope they consider updating them to enhance the overall dining experience.
